I think they probably came from having books rubbed against the cover. Upper front cover corner at spine head has an approx. 1″ bend (dropped on that corner). Some edge and corner wear. Copy 3 (LoA23): Fair. Binding tight. No tears, bends or folds. Sticker shadow on upper front cover corner. Smudges to front and rear covers. Errata slip laid in. Cosmetic damage outweighed by this volume appearing unused. Copy 4 (JR): Fair. Binding tight. No marks, tears, folds. Upper front cover corner has an approx. 1/16″ x 1″ bend. Edge and corner wear.
