Condition: Fair to Good.  Binding tight.  No marks, tears.  Area on upper front cover corner where sticker was removed (badly–I’ve since cleaned that area).  Lower front cover corner has very small bend.  An area on the rear cover about the size of a quarter looks like somebody (previous owner?) tried to remove a sticker.
