Condition: Fair. Stapled binding tight. No marks, folds. Upper front cover corner has an approx. 1/2″ tear (now taped). Lower front cover edge has some smudging. Spine foot has an approx. 1/2″ tear along spine edge. Lower rear cover edge near spine foot has two small chips (approx. 1/16″ ea.), plus some wrinkling. Small location and date label applied to title page (forgot? correction?). Appears unused, but probably dropped at least once.
