Condition: Fair.  Stapled binding tight.  No marks, folds.  Upper front cover corner has an approx. 1/2″ tear (now taped).  Lower front cover edge has some smudging.   Spine foot has an approx. 1/2″ tear along spine edge.  Lower rear cover edge near spine foot has two small chips (approx. 1/16″ ea.), plus some wrinkling.  Small location and date label applied to title page (forgot? correction?).  Appears unused, but probably dropped at least once.

Notes:  Memoirs of the Colorado Archaeological Society Number 1.  “The identified cultural remains are all Anasazi of Pueblo II age, which are dated in  the Chimney Rock area between A.D. 925 and 1125.   Intensive survey revealed the presence of 65 sites containing 217 architectural structures as well as 27 transient camp/workshop locations.”  (From the Abstract)
