Condition: Fair.  Comb binding tight, but a couple of  broken teeth.  No marks, folds.  The locking teeth at upper and lower ends of the comb are both broken, but all others intact.  Upper and lower corners of the front cover and first couple of pages have tears at first and second teeth (see photo).  Upper front cover edge has an approx. 1/2″ bend, extends through first two or three pages.  Upper rear cover edge has an approx. 2″ crease.  Smudging to front and rear covers, bottom text block.  Edge wear.

Notes:  I think this may be a preliminary or draft report of the survey–it’s not dated, there are no page numbers in the Table of Contents, it’s obviously a typescript, the Appendices, while listed in the Table of Contents, are not present.   57 sites, 40 localities, and 174 isolated occurrences found during the 4000 acre survey.  The survey was conducted prior to the proposed Ute Mountain Land Exchange which resulted in the loss of federal control over the property.  The land surveyed would be used for coal mining for a power plant near Farmington.  VERY RARE.  NO copies available for sale.
