Notes: Originally published in 1929, then reprinted by Rio Grande Press in 1962. Forrest got the wanderlust for the west as a teenager, and worked, wandered and photographed throughout New Mexico and Arizona until 1909, when he returned to Pennsylvania and married. He became a reporter and only traveled through the west again as a tourist. Quite readable. Copy 2 above is First reprint edition, Copy 1 is Second reprint edition. Sorry for any confusion.
