Condition: Good.  Stapled binding tight.  No tears, bends or folds.  Some discoloration to rear cover at spine edge.  Light corner and edge wear.

Notes: VERY RARE.  No copies available for sale, and held in only 5 Colorado libraries.  The San Juans of southwestern Colorado were sparsely settled until the discoveries of gold, silver, and other minerals.  After that, Katie bar the door, or as the title suggests “Ho for the San Juans!”
