Edge and corner wear, wear to the covers where comb inserted. Foxing to pages. Includes map (of Cochiti Pueblo and area to be affected by the proposed dam) in pocket at rear.
Notes: Typescript, then mimeographed. Aside from the “flood control” aspect of the project, “…the prime motivation of the development which is profit for and employment of Cochiti people.” (from “A Comprehensive Development Plan”, p. 37). VERY RARE. No copies available for sale, and held in only four libraries (including one in New Zealand. Go figure).
